Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during launches, promotions, sale periods, public holidays, or other high-volume periods.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Delays within the stated delivery window do not automatically qualify an order as lost, non-delivered, or refundable.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Confirmation and Dispatch

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact support@clandour.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be processed once an order has been placed, as orders may enter processing quickly.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it before delivery. In such cases, you may need to wait until the order has been delivered and then follow our Return Policy and any applicable statutory rights.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High-volume periods

  • Force majeure events

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may offer redelivery at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus any applicable shipping and return costs, where permitted.

Delivered Orders

Where tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, customers should first check the delivery address, any safe place, neighbours, and tracking updates provided by the carrier.

Customers should also contact the shipping carrier directly for the fastest update on a delivery issue.

Where appropriate, we may assist by opening an investigation with the shipping provider.

Lost Parcels

A parcel will not be treated as lost until a reasonable investigation period has passed with the shipping provider.

If your order is believed to be lost in transit, please contact support@clandour.com so that an investigation can be opened where appropriate.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are not refundable.
